Any Plan Is Better Than No Plan

Any plan is better than no plan. I run across people sometime that think and say that I’m an idiot to focus on single-family residential real estate as a way to earn a living.

Many say that I should be in the stock market and live off the dividends and don’t touch the principal. Some comment that I should focus in on commercial real estate.

And there are hundreds of other people that have other plans.

Here is the bottom line…I believe any plan is better than no plan! They all have pros and cons.

I love single-family homes because it’s a natural by-product when I interact with everyday “rank and file” people. I am constantly cherry picking homes and areas that I know families would love to live in.

I just love helping individuals and families to end up with Home Ownership regardless of credit or financial background.

I also love seeing my Private Money Partners earn better than average returns after they put their trust in me to provide the funding via their Self-Directed IRA accounts to purchase the houses that I buy each month.

My Money Partners are the life blood of my real estate business; thus I treat them like gold.
