After watching and listening to the experiences of others as well as doing my own research, I never really got involved in the stock market. It was and is so easy to almost instantly trade which makes the stocks more volatile than the real estate market because real estate moves slower.
This slowness is actually a great benefit because it gives me a lot more opportunity to control my own emotions and make really good decisions in the real estate marketplace. I without a doubt know that the stock market wouldn’t afford me that kind of time due to its severe volatility.
This is the reason I never had to transition from Wall Street to real estate because I never dabbled with investing in stocks. So if you’re tired of riding the stock market roller coaster, look into how real estate can beef up your retirement account.
My Private Money Partners decided to take a look and only wish that they had tripped upon me earlier. Most of them use a Self-Directed IRA account to direct funds to real estate investments so that 100% of their profit is Tax-Free.
********************************* If you are reading my blog for the first time, let me inform you that… My company buys single-family houses and I write this blog weekly which is primarily directed to educate 1 group of individuals:
Individuals who are losing their shirt as a result of the “roller coaster” volatility of the stock market and low paying rate of other traditional investments, i.e. people that are looking for an opportunity that’ll provide a secured place to put their money to get it working for them to earn better than average returns.
However, oftentimes, homeowners that need to sell their house, stop by to take a peek because they are curious and wondering how and/or where we get the funding to purchase houses. And if they stick around long enough, they begin to understand why individuals partner with us to provide the funding which empowers us to be able to purchase real estate on a continual basis. Simple, it’s because we teach them a secured way to earn better rates of return than they are currently earning.
So everybody wins. It’s a WIN-WIN-WIN !!!
