Benefits Of Sharing Profits From Housing Deals

When I first started buying houses I learned very quickly that having access to cash could help me grow my business exponentially. It would allow me to make more offers, close faster and be more competitive. As a new real estate entrepreneur I had concerns, ok, more than concerns, I had fears.

Not just the purchase price, there would be closing costs too! Then there would be repair costs, maintenance costs, sales and advertising costs. All of these costs came before I could make any profit. This was a bit scary and really frustrating. I knew if I could just get over this hurdle, I would do ok, maybe even great.

Then The Light Bulb Came On For Me

It dawned on me – the fact that everyone wants to make more money and the easier it is for them to do, the more they seem to like it. If I was willing to share some of my profits in the form of interest, then I might be able to find people willing to help me while I helped them! I felt like I had just struck gold!

And I truly did strike gold. Now I am 100% privately funded by a fantastic group of Private Money Partners who are constantly patiently waiting for me to find another house to buy so that they can possibly provide the monies for acquisition. And I truly treat them like gold, because they are the life blood of my real estate business.

I never go out searching for funds from Money Partners, rather I continually build credibility for myself and maintain a stellar track record so that they seek me out to give me money.

********************************* If you are reading my blog for the first time, let me inform you that… My company buys single-family houses and I write this blog weekly which is primarily directed to educate 1 group of individuals:

Individuals who are losing their shirt as a result of the “roller coaster” volatility of the stock market and low paying rate of other traditional investments, i.e. people that are looking for an opportunity that’ll provide a secured place to put their money to get it working for them to earn better than average returns.

However, often times, homeowners that need to sell their house, stop by to take a peek because they are curious and wondering how and/or where we get the funding to purchase houses. And if they stick around long enough, they begin to understand why individuals partner with us to provide the funding which empowers us to be able to purchase real estate on a continual basis. Simple, it’s because we teach them a secured way to earn better rates of return than they are currently earning.
