Most people have a bullheaded pursuit of wealth without considering other, better alternatives. My preference is to Be The Bank, making money while I sleep, travel, have dinner with my wife, or hanging out with my daughter. And as you know, I have a real estate buying and selling machine and I attract Money Partners and I teach them how to Be The Bank.
I educate them how to utilize a truly Self-Directed IRA to invest some or all of their un-invested funds into real estate to earn better than average returns with their money being secured by real estate. Does Wall Street offer any security when people put their money in the stock market? Of course not!
