Don’t Put Up With Pathetic Returns


As you know I do multiple real estate transactions each month. And you also know that in order for me to purchase real estate I utilize funds from private individuals. Around here I call them Private Money Partners.

It’s interesting that once I sell a piece of real estate and I return the principal as well as the PROFIT to my Private Money Partner…almost all the time he/she gives it back to me to get it back on the street earning money for them. I questioned this earlier when I first began utilizing Private Money Partners. The answer I kept receiving was “I am giving it back to you because I can’t get this type of return with so little risk anywhere else in the market”.

Let’s do a “rinse and repeat” is what one of them says to me before he wires money to my real estate closing attorney.

And let me tell you the majority of my Private Money Partners are using a Self-Directed IRA as the conduit to perform these transactions. I can’t say enough about the pros of using a self-directed IRA account. If you don’t have one, let’s chat so you’ll understand why my Money Partners use this self-directed account and why I am so passionate about them.
