This is the most exciting part of the process because you are now ready to start earning those above average returns that you have been looking for and hearing about from me and my Private Money Partners if you have been fortunate to chat with a few of them.
There are a slew of borrowers out there that are eager to pay you above average interest rates to have you loan money to them. Just don’t forget the other steps I often talk about to be sure you are properly protected.
Those Borrowers Are Out There
Believe it our not, but just as much as you want to find people who have good deals to lend money to, there are people already out there with great real estate deals who need money to finance them. And, best of all they are willing to pay you above average rates of return to get those deals funded.
Not only that, but they will have no problem at all securing the loans with real estate that has enough value to ensure that your loan principal is protected. This is what I do on each and every one of my real estate deals that are funded by a Private Money Partner .
