As you know, I buy houses from homeowners that are having challenges selling or just plain out refuse to deal with real estate agents. I meticulously examine each deal that comes across my desk. It’s all about the numbers. If the math says don’t buy…I don’t buy!
Two reasons for this:
- I’m always looking for a profit. (this is how I put food on the table)
- I’m always interested in protecting my Private Money Partners’ interests in the deals they provide funding.
I play with integrity. I’ve been doing this 20 years and there’s not a single Private Money Partner out there who wouldn’t throw money at me. Why?…because my transactions are rock solid.
Because we close so many deals and are constantly marketing, obviously we create relationships with all types of attorneys. These attorneys bring me deals.
Also what happens is…these attorneys know folks who have money to lend and I end up getting new Private Money Partners. My CPA is the same way and has sent me a host of Money Partners.
These professionals do this because I have history and they know I don’t PLAY around.

Simple, it’s because we teach them a secured way to earn better rates of return than they are currently earning.
So everybody wins. It’s a WIN-WIN-WIN !!!
