I educate others on how to get their dollars working for them to earn passive income. If you are a reader of my blog, you know that I am always buying houses so I might know a little bit about real estate and how to earn passive income from it.
I show others…mostly who have a retirement account, a 401k from a previous employer or an IRA in the stock market how to earn above average returns that are consistent, predictable, reliable and secured.
All they have to do is transfer or rollover their current IRA to a Self-Directed IRA company, like the ones listed in the links section of this blog. This normally takes about 2 weeks to get that transferred over; it’s tax-free and penalty free. Once their account is funded at the Self-Directed IRA company, now they can be a Private Money Partner to individuals like myself that buy real estate each and every month.
Now they can loan out the money from their Self-Directed IRA and listen to this…they can get UNLIMITED income per year tax-free, penalty-free. No taxes whatsoever. It’s all going back into their retirement account.
Compare or contrast that to contributions. Right now I think the maximum contributions is somewhere around $6500 (if over 50 years old) per year. Well one of my Private Money Partners is earning $28,000 per year from me. I pay their Self-Directed IRA $28,000 a year because I am using their funding. And that $28,000 is tax-free!
Now you know why it’s advantageous for people to transfer their funds into a Self-Directed IRA and start loaning their funds out and become a Private Money Partner. The profits they earn are tax-free. That’s what you call PASSIVE INCOME.
