As you know I get the funding to buy houses from Private Money Partners. Initially I provide the education to potential Money Partners on the pros and cons of funding my real estate deals. I teach them the most advantageous way to provide funding i.e via a Self-Directed IRA.
To dumb it down…I provide the education and the houses and Private Money Partners provide the cash. Why do they throw money at me?
It’s all about trust and competence. We spend many hours together getting to know each other before we do a deal together. I explain the intricate inter workings of my real estate buying machine.
Credibility is key also. Personal credibility is dependent upon the ability to inspire trust and respect in others. I inspire and trust and respect in others, because I first respect myself. If I want people to respect my investment opportunities, I have to respect my investment opportunities, my Partners’ time, energy and money .
When others believe, trust, and have confidence in me, then I have their respect. This is how I attract so many Private Money Partners to educate and provide house deals that they can fund that earns them better than average rates of return on their money.
