Real Estate Coupled With A Self-Directed IRA Is A Beautiful Marriage


I really really love real estate and when we couple it with the wonderful Self-Directed IRA the TAX-FREE profits that can be realized are mind blowing. If you’re not working on getting a Self-Directed IRA you are literally wacko!

I am constantly educating others on the benefits of using a Self-Directed IRA to invest in real estate and henceforth a growing number of retirement saving folks are becoming aware that they can choose investments other than the traditional offerings of stocks, CDs, bonds and mutual funds within an Individual Retirement Account (IRA).

Self-Directed IRAs offering non-traditional investments have steadily increased in popularity in recent years and are more accessible for everyday folks than in 1974 when the IRA was first introduced. These Self-Directed IRAs allow you to invest in real estate, precious metals, notes, tax lien certificates, private placements, and many more investment options.

A Self-Directed IRA is a traditional or Roth IRA in which the administrator or custodian permits a wide range of investments that are allowable in retirement accounts. An IRA administrator/custodian is the financial institution responsible for record keeping and IRS reporting requirements.

The one of these alternative options that I specialize in is REAL ESTATE investments. I teach this to my Private Money Partners and it is appealing to many people others who are not ready yet to become one of my Money Partners.

The Self-Directed IRA has the blessing of our good ole IRS; however, just because something is allowed by the IRS does not always mean it is the best choice for a portion of YOUR retirement savings.
