So, lately the stock market has been in sort of a correction or sell off or downturn or maybe a panic.
Technically a sustained 10% drop is the definition of a correction.
What’s Causing This?
From my viewpoint…let’s look at what’s causing this?
1. Automated trading selling off as stop losses are hit.
2. Inflation fears.
3. Interest rate fears.
Should We Be Worried?
It’s the nature of the stock market or nature of the beast because markets correct and sell off occasionally.
This may be causing you a little worry or heartburn if you are a day trader, short term investor or swing trader.
However, if you’re positioned like my Private Money Partners, it’s not a big deal at all. They have no care in the world what happens to the stock market.
I educate others to focus on alternative investments that are fairly insulated from the public markets.
Therefore my Private Money Partners’ investments are in PRIVATE debt held by consumers and private companies.
They have sought me out and I have educated them on passive real estate investing for profits. It’s SIMPLE and a lot less stressful.
So my Money Partners and I are not worried.
When we hear about people panicking and selling, I remind them of a Warren Buffett quote that have served me well over the years…
“Be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful.”
********************************* If you are reading my blog for the first time, let me inform you that… My company buys single-family houses and I write this blog bi-weekly which is primarily directed to educate 1 group of individuals:
Individuals who are losing their shirt as a result of the “roller coaster” volatility of the stock market and low paying rate of other traditional investments, i.e. people that are looking for an opportunity that’ll provide a secured place to put their money to get it working for them to earn better than average returns.
However, often times, homeowners that need to sell their house, stop by to take a peek because they are curious and wondering how and/or where we get the funding to purchase houses. And if they stick around long enough, they begin to understand why individuals partner with us to provide the funding which empowers us to be able to purchase real estate on a continual basis. Simple, it’s because we teach them a secured way to earn better rates of return than they are currently earning.
