Still Banking On The Stock Market…Shame On You

If you are still banking on the stock market, shame on you. My Money Partners and I are in real estate and we invest for cash flow.

You see, the stock market can go up or down or sideways or be stagnant. At the end of the day, our rentals keep creating cash flow…that’s what rentals do.

For example, say I buy a property for $50k, collect payments of $700 minus expenses, I ‘ll end up with roughly $400 in net profit. That’s how you build wealth.

If a stock goes to zero, it is zero and worthless. If the stock market does dip, I might lose $5k to $10k in value in that house I bought for $50k. As well as the same opposite if the stock market goes up…I might gain $5k to $10k in value.

I challenge you to start looking at your investments. Start asking yourself, “What can my investments start doing for me?”…like generate cash flow…generate a lifestyle.

This is serious stuff!

Put some money in a Self-Directed IRA, then use that money to invest in tangible assets. I don’t care if you invest in my real estate assets…just invest in someone’s tangible assets that you trust in, believe in and believe that they can help you.

Go out there and invest in cash flow and limit your investments in the stock market.

Cash flow is king and it’ll set you free!
